The energy company wanted more warmth and energy in its communications.
Implementation
We worked together with Turku Energia to update the company’s entire customer communications. We produce content for all of the communication channels of the company important to Turku residents; everything from the Valopilkku customer magazine to video content, an online magazine and newsletters. We also worked together to create a customer loyalty system.
Results
The result of this cooperation is, among others, a rise in the number of online newsletters opened and ordered as well as a positive customer response to the communications offering. The Valopilkku magazine always receives a lot of positive feedback from readers when it is published.
